Need to know if this a rare book and worth money!!?

I have a copy of Mark Twain's "The Prince and The Pauper" Copyrighted 1909 by Samuel L Clemens published by Grosset & Dunlap. It was printed here in the USA and on the book jacket has the words Companion Library.. is this a rare book? Could it be worth money? If a picture would be helpful please let me know!

CHeck out Abebooks.com.  They are a portal like amazon.com but for used/rare and antique books.  I would see if there are any rare book stores in your area and go in and talk to the book seller.  They usually can tell you.  You can also see if there is a number for the publisher and call them.  It looks like Grosset and DUnlap are a part of Penguin now.  Links are below.
