Need to know on csi miami is the head guy dead or alive this season?

on last season the end was weird it shows the leader laying in a pool of blood is he dead oralive for this new season.

Horatio Cain, the head guy isn't dead, at the end of the season finale you can see him moving.He signed a another year with csi miami, but he will need new shades.you can check out csi Miami sep.24 on access hollywood,and the premiere of the new season
