Need to lose 10 ibs...?

im 5'3 and 120 ibs.

  1. make a daily routine.

    this is what I do:

    1. 30 mins running in the morning. around 6-6:30 am(weekdays)

    2. make sure to FULLY ELIMINATE junk food, don't EVER give yourself a  "pass" for any junk food. nothing, at all.

    3. 50 crunches. 20 pull ups.

    4. drink 4-6 water bottles a day.

    I lost 10 pounds in 1 month, but you should double my routine, to loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. :)

  2. Dude your the normal weight. stop worrying=) the real problem should be are you healthy? eat healthier foods and exercise. some vegetables like celery actually burn calories when digested...just saying.
