  1. to lose your overall body fat, you jog/run.

an  excellent  exercise,  you  can do it in front of your TV: sit on a

stool,  and  put  your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,

for  example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure

that  it  is  not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you

will  damage  your  back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your

body  back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and

move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add

to  the  number  of  repetitions.  You will see the results in a week,

guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six

pack  and  muscles.  Dumbbells  do  wonders.  Much  better  than these crunches  -  I  came  up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

  2. realized the same thing yesterday and decided to write down everything i eat, like a food journal, but not count the calories, because calories is energy and helps you burn fat when you excersise. so i just make sure that i dont eat and food with alot of trans fat. im hoping to loose like 10 lbs in the next 3 weeks =] im still going to do crunches because they do help im just not going to do them excessivly, also running excersise, like cherry pickers, are a good way to reduce the fat in your thighs, and make you look like you have musclur legs =] 17 magazine also has like an excersise section that you should look at too =] hope this helps

  3. Hey

If you really want to lose this fat and keep it off then you should be doing a combination of weights and cardio.  I combined these using the Your six pack quest routine.  It really helped me on my way.  There was 24/7 coaching, videos, book, meal plan, bodyweight workouts, cardio workouts and a virtual trainer.  I couldn't believe how much I got.  It was so unbeliveable I want to buy it again.  I've even got my family on this program and it's working for them too.  I found it at  http://fitness4u.sitesled.com .  This site also has some good free info.  Also some downloadable reports.

Good luck with the fat loss.  Don't give up.. you'll get there.

  4. amazingly, if you searched yahoo answers, you would find about 100 of these posted over the last 2 weeks.

You can't lose fat in one area, there is no such thing as "spot removal". It is a gimic to make it feel like some program or diet has the "secret answer".

The ONLY way to lose fat (including the belly fat), is to lower fat intake and increase exersice. Notice i said fat intake, not calorie. Your body stores fat, not calories. So cut way back or completely eliminate meat and dairy.

    did you know:

leanest steak has 20% fat that you can't even cut off

2% milk is 48% fat by volume, so for every 2 cups you drink, you just drank 1 cup of fat and 1 cup of water basically.

that being said, make sure you get your vitamins and minerals from other sources. If you cut meat and dairy you will be low on vitamin D and B12, easiest way is to get a multivitamin supplement.

If you want to look up a "diet" look up a 10% fat diet or vegan diet. They are the same thing and it will work. I've been on it and many people live their lives this way and it is extremely healthy, just difficult to do.

Also, realize that a diet is a way of life, not a short commitment. If you went to a vegan diet, realize it is a lifestyle, not a "i'll do it for 1 month".

From personal experience, i've been on a vegan diet for 4 weeks now, just changed the diet, and i've dropped many pounds. My friend who is very large did it too and he is down to the smallest notch on his belt.

But to reiterate, you can't lose weight in on spot, lower fat intake, increase exercise.

  5. Yes, crunches aren't any good if you have belly fat.

Start by jogging short distances in the morning and eating tons and tons of raw fruit. If you have been including oil or dairy products in your daily intake cut them down.

Do not attempt to go on a crash diet as all this does is to increase your fat content as your body goes on an alert and begins to store food as soon as you start to starve yourself.

The most natural way to lose weight is to play a tiring sport such as tennis or basketball.

If this isn't possible try enrolling at a nearby gym.

    Hope I could help you.
