Question:

Need to lose those extra bits quickly...?

Well here's my situation. My girlfriend went on holiday lastely for a while, and Ive been missing her like h**l. So ive been at home recently, and i ordered pizza in for a couple of nights, watching DVDs and stuf counting down the days. But ive put on a few extra pounds, and it notices a bit. I just need help with getting them off again in as short a time as possible. Serious answers please. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks =]

Well my friend the best thing you can do is load yourself up with lots of leafy greens (spinach, kale, collards, brocoli, etc.) and other excellent vegetables (red bell peppers are awesome) and lots of good fruits (strawberries, canteloupe, apples, etc.) ... it's actually pretty shocking how quickly weight will slip off your body from just a couple of days of eating produce.

    Another thing I should mention - drink lots of water (or else the fiber from the produce will stop you up) ... and if you add a few squirts of pure lemon juice to your water, the acid will make your body even more efficient at flushing itself out.

    BTW: a good portion of the extra weight gain is probably due to retained water from all the sodium in the pizza!
