so im 5'2 and im 16 and 109 pounds which is an okay weight but i want to get down to the weight i was at when i was in school which was about 100-102. i exercise very day for two hours but i dont seem to lose anything. i try to cut down on calories (i usually take in about a 1000) and im trying to take in 900 to 800 but i get cravings and then i cant stop eating. Is there any way i can stop these cravings? how can i lose those 9 pounds? please helpPS i start school on the second and i want to lose the weight. i know its a rush but still
