Need to lose weight!? ?

so im 5'2 and im 16 and 109 pounds which is an okay weight but i want to get down to the weight i was at when i was in school which was about 100-102. i exercise very day for two hours but i dont seem to lose anything. i try to cut down on calories (i usually take in about a 1000) and im trying to take in 900 to 800 but i get cravings and then i cant stop eating. Is there any way i can stop these cravings? how can i lose those 9 pounds? please help

PS i start school on the second and i want to lose the weight. i know its a rush but still

  2. The problem here is that you cannot start eating less while exercising more. When you start exercising more, you need to also eat more to fuel your body, just like you need to fill up your car more often when you drive faster.

    Though it sounds odd, this is true. The way to lose weight while still eating more is to eat healthy foods full of protein, because protein gives your body energy. The protein will keep you fuller longer, and you won't be hungry and will be less likely to have cravings.

    Craving occur because you are not giving your body as much as it needs, so it tells itself that it still needs more and so you end up eating more and you can't stop.

    Eating less while exercising causes your body to tell itself that it needs to store that little bit of food it's getting in order to survive. Your body doesn't see that you're trying to lose weight, it sees that it is not getting enough intake to fuel it, so it stores the food as fat because it is put into a kind of 'survival mode'.
