Need to make 100 copys of a letter with a picture...?

I Live in Omaha, Ne.... I have a 2 page letter I need to send out to several people. At least 100 different people. On this I have a before and after picture I need to add. Is it cheaper to just make copys of the picture or add it to the letter? If i dont add it to the letter i can have the letter in black and white..... Where is the cheapest place to get this done?

I would suggest going to your local office supply store (if they have printing services) or Kinko's. They usually charge you for a color print regardless of how much color you use on your letter. If you use alot of color in your letter, it will be worth the cost.
