Just contact the club, most are happy to send one out to you. It may help if you order something from their pro shop (t-shirt, cap, etc.), that way they are covering their expenses for the transaction.

u can get an  handicap test from any of the country club, but before that the best way to save money is to join Golf Kaki,Agn Golf,, they are cheap and they maintain yr handicap, go check them for more information
