Need to reinstall 2500 lexmark

Need to reinstall 2500 lexmark ink printer, dis drawer was broken before I got to restall progarm.I entered the correct required blanks to pay for the 9.99$ service, but it was not accepted. I would like to know why. All is correct.Thanks Carol Arnold
