Need to reinstall Windows, but no OS disk.?

Meh...what do I do? Can I use the XP disk that came with our other computer?

  1. You can use any Windows XP full install disk as long as you use only your own Product Code to install it.  The Product Code should have been placed on your computer somewhere.  You might have need of any of these:

  2. Sure!  As long as the disc hasn't been loaded a lot of times onto other computers, it should be okay (otherwise, Windows won't validate).

    I've used one XP disc on a couple different computers and had no problems with it.

  3. You will need to buy one, or just download Ubuntu and Mepis and install Linux on it
