Need to remove a content lock

i have tmobile web and walk but have a content lock on it which dont allow me to access over 18 sites. is there anyway i can remove it without using a credit/debit card please help.

I am over 18 but i dont have a credit card to remove content lock. I s there any other way to remove it???
