Need to reset alarms on my CASIO Wave Ceptor

I've lost the user's manual to my CASIO Wave Ceptor 2556 WV-57H.How can I reset its alarms? Also, how can I make it search for the satellite signal which automatically corrects the time? Is there anywhere online I can download my watch's user's manual?Thanks so much for any help you can give me.
