Need to solve this problem?

the problem that 's going on is that my mom co-sign for this stupid couple for a 2007 expedition in march so they miss the payments so the dealer call my mom to let her know that the car was not been pay so she told them to take the truck away from them, so i guess this dealer people did not hear what my mom tell them so now this stupid couple are claiming that they when to the store and when they were out of the store it was gone so we don't believe that ! if that happen they such call the cops or at least let us know so now the problem is that the financial of the car wants to take to court my mom and take her income away for this stupid people is there any way my mom could get her self out of this trouble and make this stupid couple responsible for the missing car??? need help

If the car was insured, the couple should be able to make a claim with their insurance company. Did they file a police report? Unless, of course, the Bank repossessed it. When you co-sign a loan for someone you are responsible for making the payments if they do not pay. Your mom has to cover the costs.

Never, ever co-sign a loan for someone!

The other couple is stupid, if they had insurance and it was financed then it should have been then your mom should be in the clear. You should use spell check  and work on your grammar. .
