  1. You have to have a court order to subpoena records.

    They have to have some type of address of customer service line on their website.  If they are a US company they have to be registered with the secretary of state in at least one state.  If not a US company, good luck.


  2. Only an officer of the court can issue a document subpoena. You need to see an attorney. They could assist you in locating the company, also.
