Need to waterproof a wall

Hi, I need to waterproof a wall, though I know its the problem from the ouside as rain water falls in that wall , but there is an intense seepage on the inside.. should i do it now in rains or after rains , would like to do it now..please advise

  1. Is your house brick on a slab or peir and beam? If it is brick are you sure the water is coming through the wall or is it coming in through the weep holes at the bottom of the wall and running back into the wall due to poor drainage of your yard.


  2. After rain. Wet wall down and mix cement and water. Mix till you get the right consistancy. You just want cement to stay in suspention. Then paint on with large brush. After it sets dampen the wall every so often for a day. Wall should not leak now.
