I can't build a website but you can use a free website builder on the net:

Very easy to use, no hassle it just takes you through step by step.

there are also several other sites which give you a 14 day free trial similar to the above but you will have to pay a fee, normally monthly.

Or you can buy a package off amazon they range from £13 to £80 depending on what you want from your site. I typed website builder into amazon and was given 9 or 10 different options.
