Question

ive heard a few things that will work, but I havent tried them. does strawberries work, and what are you supposed to do with them. Ive used baking soda and hydrogen peroxide before but im running out of peroxide. so is it fine to just swish around baking soda and water for a few minutes. how many times a day should I floss and brush. thanks for your help. please describe in detail:)
