Need your help getting a gift!?

Question

I have been dating this girl for a little over a month now. She has bought me a couple of things and I want to get her something that I know she'll love. She is a pilot and this is what I was thinking... I have 3 quotes I want to choose from for "inspiration" and I want to get them put on something (maybe like frame it) something she can look at and read everyday. Please read the quotes and let me know which one you like better! If you have any ideas on what to put it on that would be amazing!
