Need your help to choose <span title="between,Ottawa,Mississauga">between,Ottawa,Mississaug...</span> and London?

I am looking for some help to choose between,Ottawa,Mississauga and London.As a new immigrant having a 15 years old son ,i want to choose a place where there is good schooles and nighte life and the best family friendly city.the cost of living is not my first concern ,but the entertainment is.

My opinion is...  Best combo of schools and family living is Ottawa, but best night life is Toronto (Mississauga is suburb of Toronto)  Just my opinion (smile)

Mississauga will be more expensive than Ottawa.
