Need your opinion on this camcorder plz?

Im planning to buy a camcorder but i dont know whats the best.were planning to go vacation in the philippines take picture,lots of videos.so far,this is the one in my listhttp://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8696324&type=product&id=1198888712721 what do u think of this camcorder please for those of you own this type i need your feedback

Jvc is a decent brand. Having a hard drive cuts down on buying two different storage media( one to record on then one two burn too to archive). So hopefully you already have a HD t.v. to take advantage of the beautiful HD video. Also keep in mind that when you record in HD a 30g hard drive is not that much space. For the price not bad but the brands that have been doing video and still shots are going to be better quality. ex... Sony,Nikon, Cannon...
