Even though I am far away of having my period.. I feel a dull constant stabbing pain on my left lower abdomen. Sometimes this pain resemble to the one of my period cramps. I feel bloated and tired a lot.. I cant go to a doctor right now so what do you think? I thought it may be some kind of ovarian cyst.. but i dont know~

  1. If you can't see a doctor, go to a public health clinic.  You need to get a medical examination.  It could be a cyst, appendicitis, etc.

  2. could also be constipation or wind

  3. It could be a cyst or it could be your body adjusting itself. The woman's body is so very sensitive to everything. The weather, stress, diet, EVERYTHING. Don't freak out I would say. Random pains like this can be very normal. If you lack having you cycles for a little while though then I would recommend seeing a doctor.

  4. Could be an ovarian cyst, could be gas.  Not appendicities.  That's in the right lower quadrant of the abdomen.  And you'd be crying and going to the ER if it was that.

Bloating and fatigue... Endometriosis is very common.  You might want to look it up and check out the symptoms.  They're pretty vague because it's different for a lot of people, but that could be it too.

If the pain persists, definitely go to the doctor.  In the meantime, advil is  your friend.  Try to cut back on your caffiene intake.

  5. You're quite right with the amount of contraception you are using you would have to be unlucky to fall pregnant but anything can happen!

Have you been ill ie. vomiting or had bad diarrhea as this may hamper your birth control. A possible ectopic pregnancy - where egg and sperm join in your tube.

Appendicitis can start anywhere on your abdomen but settles on your right hand side. Normally there is a fever present and/or vomiting. And this needs immediate investigation if you suspect it!

A cyst is also a possibility but you will have to go to the doctor ito diagnose this.

It could be just a plain old stomach wog. Bloated with wind - horrid feeling!

If your pain persists you will have no alternative but to go to the doctor as you may need more than us suggesting what is wrong with you. It's best to be safe rather than sorry.

Hope you're feeling better soon but please see the doctor if your pain persits.
