ok i'm having sharp pains in my breast, and sometimes they feel kind of heavy and they ache. my last period was 7/21 and now it's 8/24 and i'm having light pink spotting with a mix of a light brown spotting, and that's being going on since saturday night. didn't have any cramping n my back at first, but now i'm have sharp pains and cramps in my lower abdominal. my back is hurting. had some of the same problems last month, and period came 2 week later, y would something like that happen? and please don't say i might b pg, because i really don't believe it's that because i have PCOS. i was thinking that it was from me taking the prenatal vitamins, but i'm not really sure, can they make u feel like that. i also thew up the other week while eating something that i always eat. can that b from the prenatal vitamins 2? and i have been having these light headaches as well, and i really haven't been eating much after that. so really what do u think is going on with my crazy body? and i just started having a lil heartburn. and please your opinion is well needed, but if u only have neg S**t 2 say please say bye now.

and what is a good prenatal vitamin 2 take, right now i'm taking some from walmart (spring valley). and the reason y i'm taking them is because my husband and i r getting ready 2 start trying 4 baby #2 and the dr told me 2 start taking them.

And another thing i'm 23 and if this is my period changing up, how old will i b when they stop changing?

  1. Breast pains, cramps, spotting, nausea are all early pregnancy symptoms.  I suggest you use a home pregnancy test just to be sure one way or the other.  If your body is not behaving "normally" then you should see your ob/gyn.

For pre-natal vitamins, I personally took Centrum and had no problems with it.

  2. Sorry but i don't understand women who ask if they are pregnant or not on here, why don't you take a pregnancy test???

Pre natal vitamins can have an effect on some preg women, it is usually the iron in them
