Did you accuse her of lying in a note? This is my advice. Since I am sure you verbally spoke these things, then this is how you should resolve it. You should drop in for an unexpected visit. And do not leave her house until you have hugged her, and told her that you love her. When you have to SAY I'm sorry, while looking in someone's eyes, then you will feel a better sense of resolve in the situation. Plus, since you disrespected her verbally, then you need to respect her verbally, in turn.

Well if you want to tell your mom sorry on a note and you really are sorry you should be willing to do it yourself.  No one can say what you want and feel to say like you.  Whatever you say even as simple as "Sorry" when its from you it means that much more.  You'll do great whatever you do or say.
