So, I am in a 12 team head to head league with the following team:

QB: Romo, Cutler

RB: Rudi, McFadden, Bush

WR: Hines Ward, A. Johnson, Toomer, Ginn, Stallworth

TE: Gonzalez, McMichael

K: Kris Brown

D: Denver and Detroit

I am wondering which RB I can get for Rudi Johnson out of the following list:

Ahman Green, Warrick Dunn, Jerious Norwood, Tatum Bell, Ray Rice, Steve Slaton, DeShaun Foster, Kevin Jones, Dominic Rhodes, Adrian Peterson (Chicago), Darren Sproles, TIm Hightower

Anyone out of this list, or should I find someone else?

  1. keep a eye on Hightower he might be a sleeper

  2. Just pick up Rudi's replacement.

    Chris Perry.

At least you know Perry will start.

The only starter you have on that list is Ahman Green, and he is nursing a groin injury. Slaton has potential, but it's shakey.

  3. keep him.  He will be picked up pretty quick.  Of that list i would take hightower though.  he will score touchdowns.

  4. If I had to choose one, I'm getting Ray Rice. He is in the best situation as he is the backup to McGahee. McGahee is coming off arthroscopic knee surgery and it will take him a little while to get ready. I would also look for Chris Perry or Kenny Watson of the Bengals. Chris Perry is the better option because the Bengals are so high on him.
