i am helping my friend search for his biological parents, he was born in burin newfoundland, canada his birth mothers last name is possibly anderson, he was born aguest 22 1991 his birth name was william after his grandfather, his current name is michael. i am doing what i can to help him find his parents if anyone knows any andersons from burin newfoundland could you please inform them on this, were looking for any possible family. there is also a group on facebook called searching for biological family with the last name anderson where there is a picture of him and some more information. there you can contact me further thank you.

  2. they should have a copy of the real birth certificate at the court house it will be sealed untill he is 18 years of age

  3. It would seem to me that you are looking for a paper with the names of his adopting parents and the name of his birth mother with a date and location included. Maybe a search for geneology volunteer groups in eastern Canada is the next step.
