Needle hits bobbin outer casing

Hi there,on my Pfaff Select 3 the needle hits the outer casing of the bobbin - the thing where the bobbin case sits in and which turns with the needle movement. I DESPERATELY need help as I have Uni deadline on tuesday and need to do sewing for that. Thanks, regardsDoro
