Needle threader

Question

I have a new Elna model 6005. I used it for the first time and the needle threader no longer works. I have checked the proper use and threading and it seems the little thing that grabs the thread is bent. It pulls the thread to the left of the eye. Can you help me or will I have to buy a new threader attachment?Thank ou for your time,Joan
