Needlefish question?

okay, so i was thinking of getting a needlefish, but i have some questions about them first.

#1 i have heard that they bite, and i know that they have teeth, but would they bite me while i was cleaning the tank? if so, how should i clean it?

#2 I know that they usually only eat fish, but could i feed it frozen bloodworms?

#3 how often do i need to feed it fish?

first they won't bite. unless they are really really really starving and the first thing that touches the water they will go at it. second. blood worms are too small, maybe good when they are small but guppies and feeders are best. 2-3 fish per day. depending on the size of it.
