Needles and noses ?!?

okk well hm i know for a fact FACT that needles are better than guns for piercing anything EVEN LOBES O; baha well okk here goes

my friend got her nose pierced today and i want it too and i asked questions and she said that they used a gun and then shes like " i know the internet said needles were better but theres not difference" i was just amking sure that there IS a difference between using a needle and a gun especially on your nose and yeah

so just tell me this:

needles are better than guns yes? no matter what for any piercing?

i think that needles work better, as the lady said, how would the gun work up your nose? i got my helix done with the gun years ago and, no it didn't hurt, but after a few years passed and got a few more piercings (with the needle) i notice a big difference, namely, the level of knowledge. pretty much anyone can use a gun, but for needles it takes skill, ya know, talent. I didn't keep the gun piercing long, takes longer to heal. Stick with the needle, more precise and just overall better in my opinion.

i got my nose pierced last year and i can not IMAGINE them using a gun. yes its quicker but im not sure how that would work.

a needle i believe is the best way to go!

it seems to me like a gun would be fast so it would kind of hurt more.. does that make sense?

i don't get how people could feel comfortable with gettign a nostril piercing with a gun. i mean, you're having a big gun stuffed up your nose! COME ON!

Needles are definetly better than guns with any piercing. Hypodermic needles make a small slit in the skin, while guns punch a hole through the skin. Guns cause A LOT more trauma than needles, and there is no way to really sterilize a gun either.
