Needs Certificates attestation procedure by U.A.E Embassy?

i jus wanna know what wud be the procedure for certificates attestation by U.A.E Embassy. i had done my Diploma in mech engg from state board of technical education and training Hyderabad. I require this attestation for getting Permanent Resident Visa from the employer at abu dhabi.

They asked me to complete this attestation and to contact them.. plaese any one kindly giude me. I need your help and expertise in this Regard!

The procedure for getting educational certificates attested by UAE Embassy are as follows:
1. First step is to get the certificates attested by Human resource department(HRD). For this you need to carry Original certificates, original marksheet,  offer letter, passport, photographs(2). You would need to fill a form and attach copy of all the above mentioned documents. The fees is INR 50 for each document to be attested.The fees is paid through Indian Postal orders. No cash/cheque is accepted.The time for submitting documents is 10 am to 1 pm. Attested documents are returned after 1 day. In case of Chartered Accountants, the certificate is first required to be attested by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. For delhi, the office of department is at C 4 vasant vihar, opposite malai mandir New. delhi.
2. Secondly, the documents are required to be attested by Ministry of external affairs. You need to carry original certificates attested by HRD and also copy of same. A copy of passport is also required. Document submission time is till 1 pm and they are returned on same day after 5 pm. No fees is payable here. Ministry address is Near gate no 1 of patiala house, new delhi.
3. Lastly the attested documents are submitted to the Uae embassy. A fee is also charged by them. Fee details are not available with me right now.
Note-The above procedure is for Certificates issued within Delhi. If the location changes, procedure might change but it will be more or less the same. The above is latest procedure updated as on July 26 2010.
