Needs a Job but complicated..Help!

Question

I am 18 and at college. I am in a long distance relationship and see my boyfriend on weekends. I really really need a part-time job but cant really work weekends. I thought about a supermarket', as they open late and even 24 hr but don't know what to do. Any advice?

try to score an interview, and then see if their willing to work around your schedule

otherwise try earning money through other methods such selling stuff on ebay

also check if your college has any job postings

I would say try to get some form of job related to your course, e.g. I worked in a web firm during my learning. Work in an art gallery, a doctors clinic as a receptionist, etc, do something which helps you later and doesnt make you feel degraded due to low money or stimulation.

Alternatively go to a local promotion and marketing agency and look for modeling, sampling or leaflet work... two of those rely little on looks or knowledge of the industry

Do you qualify for a work study position at school?  They usually are very flexible with hours.
