I'm gonna start running on wednesday

I was hoping you could help me on making my running program

How long?

how fast?

time?

any added suggestion would be great thanks yall

  1. How old are you?

    well, since you didn't give too much information, ill just sort of guess....

    Week 1: Run 4 out of the 7 days. Run for 20 minutes. However far you make it.

    Week 2: Run 5 out of the 7 days. Run for 25 minutes, however far you make it.

    etc. etc. That's just one idea tho, you can make up any plan of your own =)

  4. I would start like running a mile, kind of like a jog. Then go up from there to 3 miles a day. You may even want to like walk and then run and then walk at first.
