Nefertech Diamond MP3 Player Problem

Question

Friend gave me this. It has songs already on it but I can not listen to them or get it to play, UNLESS it is pluged into a computer USB port. I cannot NOR do I know where to get the Drivers or how to use it to install music or use any of the other features, Can You help me, Thanks Wrae
