Neff K3990 Fridge Freezer ice maker not working...

3 days ago I had a Neff K3990 American style fridge freezer installed. The fridge and freezer are working, but the ice maker is not. Water is not getting to the ice cube tray inside. The water dispenser is working, so water is obviously getting into the machine. Also from time to time the machine makes a noise and water leaks out from the bottom on the freezer side.
