Negative Foods?

Are negative food the ones that burn more kcals digesting than whats in the..?

CAn you list some and some sources please

  1. I did a quick Google search, and apparently "negative calorie foods" is the term for foods that take more energy to consume than what is released in the body.  

    Anything you eat is going to have (positive) calories but when you take chewing into account, I have heard things like celery actually use more calories than they give.

  2. I don't think so called negative food exist. No food requires more calories in digesting than it actually contains.

    If you find some, then they are not to be classified as human food.

    But if you really need something, then eat paper. It contains zero calories and it'll consume some while getting digested.
