Hey ladies =]

I am due to ovulate in a few days. Well I took a OPK and it was negative. There was a little faint line but not a bright line. But how can the opk be negative when I have watery cm? Really confused. I also can feel like I am ovulating because I have that pain on my left side. I am using the Clear Blue Ovulation Kit. Anyone have a better brand? Thanks ladies. =]

  1. I've heard so many peolpe say that they have a hard time with the OPKs that are the line "as dark or darker than" ovulation tests. So I bought the Clear Blue Easy Digital OPK. Its more expensive (I think $28 + comes with 7 test sticks), but its been so easy to read and be clear. It gives you an empty circle when you're not ovulating and a smiley face when you are ovulating. I'd recommend investing in that kind next cycle if you don't get a BFP this month...

In terms of your body signs, I'd say to go ahead and BD if your DH is up for it, but keep testing with your OPK until you get a postive and then BD again then.

Sometimes our bodies can give us all the signs that we're going to ovulate, but then not actually go through with it. So that could explain why you've got all the natural signs of ovulation, but still getting BFN on you OPK.

Just keep BD as much as possible right now! Much dust to ya!
