Negative blood test 5 days before period, now 2 days before, and FAINT POSITIVE HPT? What does this mean?

5 days before my period, I had a blood test performed to test for pregnancy and it was negative. I'm not sure if it was a beta test or not. Now, two days before my period.. on a dollar store test, there is a verrrrrrry faint, but visible second line. I'm confused.

Also, the same day I had the blood test performed, I had a negative First Response test.

I'm confused!

My period is due on the 5th.

I would wait to see if you miss your period and then give it about 5 days after that.  Take a pregnancy test and it should tell you for sure.
