Negative effects of masturbation. How to give up

I'm 17 and m********e 2 times a week. I believe that it has negative effects such as increase of tesstesterone which decreases the effectiveness growth hormone. I don't wanna be short and hairy . Does anybody know how to give it up? At least once in 2 weeks?

Why would you give it up?  If you are enjoying it, what the heck?  NO, there are not any ill effects to masturbating.  

Are some born again christians telling you otherwise?

masturbation is anything but harmful!

in fact, its proven to be beneficial for health! helps prevent certain conditions, etc.  Also, it helps relax and relieve emotions as well.

twice a week is nothing to worry about, and if you are really worried just do a quick google search and you'll see that tons of doctors agree that masturbation is actually healthy!

i'm 17 too and do it once a week just because i'm busy so i dont have allot of time. and if i do try to squeeze one in, i'm late for something. so yea once a week is good for me but yea i'm developing fine...i hope haha. your good.

Dude. I'm 16 and do it 2 or 3 times a day. it's fun, healthy, and awesome. and i'm not disgustingly hairy. and i'm 6 feet tall. so yeah, i would say do it more often. it releases tension and is relaxing.

Theres people that do it 3 times a day every single day but arent muscluar, short, or hairy. It just depends on who you are.

Dont worry, 2 times a week is nothing. Im 14 and usually do it 6 times a week
