dear frnds

i had one e-studio 163 copier
it's comming negative image in DRUM.
but copies are comming blank,
HVT,POWER SUPPLY,LASER UNIT ,
T.S CANE UNIT,PROCESSOR UNIT,LOGIC,
EVER THING WORKING FINE.
WHAT IS THE SOLLUTION.
