buy a fertility book at the bookstore or look on line for fertility methods. how long have you been trying?? my specialist wanted me to try for 1 year and after that, i would have had to use a fertility drugs or clinics. it just depends. have you spoken with a doctor? you do know that stress can hurt when you are trying for a baby. it can cause your body to stop releasing eggs, just like stopping your period. good luck, and there is a reason for everything.!!!

I know what its like to only see one line.  Did you test too early?  If so wait a few days and see if AF shows up, if not, as hard as it is keep trying.  It usually takes most healthy couple up to 6 months of trying to get pregnant.  It took us 10 with my son.  I didnt know much about my body or my cycles and we made lots of mistakes.  Try readint Toni Wescler's book "Taking Charge of your Fertility"  You'll learn a lot for next month.

That being said, what got us pregnant the last two times?  Having s*x EVERY SINGLE NIGHT (same time) for 2 weeks.  I normally have 30 day cycle (Im a late ovulator) so we just started as soon as my period ended (about 5 days in) and went for 14 days.  That put us at stopping at day 19.  Ive usually ovulated by then, but even so healthy sperm (in the right enviroment can live up to 5 days, so that covered us up to day 24.)  If you are a 28 day cycler, try starting on day 8 and have s*x for 14 days start EVERY NIGHT.  That will be stopping at day 22, and cover you to day 27 with AF to "not" arrive a day later.  Good luck!   I know its hard to have that much s*x- for both people- but give it a go!  It worked for us!
