Neglected by my mother. What are my rights, and just what can I do?

My mom neglects me with her boyfriend. We live in Cranston RI, and her BF lives in Barrington. They've been together for less than a year, and she already told me they're going to become a "family". So, now she wants to move in with him, but I dont feel safe in that house, because it isn't my home, and they treat me badly. I told my mom everyday that I wasn't comfortable there, and all she tells me is "I don't give a ****, and NOBODY gives a **** what you think. I'll drag you along whether you like it or not. No matter how miserably you are, or how much it's making your life a living h**l, you're going to do things I tell you to do. You're just a kid. No ones going to listen to you. They're going to listen to ME. Child services have came to our house twice before, and I had to lie to them for my mom, just so she wouldnt get in trouble and have us taken away. So, obviously she's wrong, and I'm tired of her treating me differently just because she wants to be with her boyfriend 24/7. My dad also abused me physically and verbally, so neither of my parents are good to be with. I was thinking about being with my grandma, and getting emancipated, since theres no age limit for it in RI. I've been living alone at home, and sleeping over friends houses to avoid my mother. My mom hasn't went food shopping in months, so I have nothing to eat. I'm 14, so I can't get a job yet to pay for myself, but when I go to a charter school, theyre going to help me with finding jobs. So, anything I can do, or any info?

My parents split up when i was 7 years old and i had to live with my mom she would never let me see my dad i know thats not what you are going through but.. My mom started dating men off the internet when i was 13 years old and started not paying any attention to me at all so i did what i wanted to, she would not give me the time of day or make me dinner my grandma who didnt even live with us had to buy foos for me to eat pay for my lunches at school and buy my clother becuase my mother would not. When i turned 15 i started working i was buying my own tooth paste becuase my mom wouldnt, i thought that was her job not mine, but i was always in trouble and ran away all the time just to get away from the sound of her having s*x while i was tring to sleep, i got pregnant when i was 16 years old and moved out when i was 17 years old and have been on my own even since and to this day i dont have a relationship with me mother and i dont want one she was not a mom to me so i dont want to be her daughter. i really decided that i was done with my mother when she met this one guy online who spend 25 years in prison and got out the year before they met, I would get out while you can talk to your grandma since your mom wont give you the time of day if i lived in RI i would help you out with some of the law information but im in Ohio and here emancipation is not aloud, If you have any questions or wanna talk you can IM me or email me Good luck and do what you think is right

O.K im glad you have asked this question because it shows you know somthing is wrong.you in no way deserve to be treated like that especially at the age of fourteen well i would give you legal advice but i am currently living in ireland so i dont have a clue..

what you really should do is go online and check up numbers people in your situation can ring call them up and they will tell you exactly what to do. and especially if he has physically abused you this is not ok if child support services come again this time dont lie.

try ringing the child support people get their number of the police or the internet.AND IF HE EVER ABUSES YOU IN ANY WAY EVER AGAIN CALL THE COPS.
