    Newton's second law of motion.

    So the force will be equal to mass multiplied by acceleration.

    Say we have a 5 kilo. bowling ball.

    like all objects under the force of gravity, it acclerates at 9.7536mps.

    f= 5 kilo* 9.7536mps

    f= 160 newtons

    9.8 newtons is about 1 kilo, so that means it will be about 16.35 kilograms of force (i think).
