Neighbor deposits floor cleaner & trash onto our property and won't stop.?

Question

We have discussed this with her numerous times in a friendly way. After that we sent her and the home owners two certified letters. She continues to dump her industrial sized rolling cart of floor cleaner onto our private lane and lets it go onto our property. She also hoses down the trash from her house and garage onto our property. Numerous other offenses, received no city help because it's a private road.

Report her to the DEC next time she dumps it. Taks some pictures of her doing it.

Video tape her doing it,

And call the sheriff and get her arrested for littering and dumping.

DO LIKEWISE ---AN EYE FOR AN EYE, A TOOTH FOR A TOOTH.  IF CITY HELP IS OUT, HELP YOURSELF IN THE WAY YOU THINK IS RIGHT.  DO TO OTHERS WHAT YOU WANT OTHERS TO DO TO YOU.

GIVE HER THE TASTE RIGHT ON THE TONGUE SO THAT SHE FEEL IT AND MAKE IT WORST SO TO CHANGE HER.

Photograph or Video her conducting the said offenses which is perfectly legal as she is outside her home, and then make copies.

Provide her with a copy and a certified letter, which states that if this type of thing does not stop, you will seek action against her in civil court.

That should do it provided she has any amount of common sense, and fears a lawsuit.

Take photographs and then get samples and sue homeowners for the house. When you own it throw her out on her butt!
