Neighbors harrash me

Question

My neighbors keep hitting the side of my house, blowing smoke into my window, watching my children, breaking my privacy fence, throwing stuff into my yard while still on her property. They also built a fence 2-3 inches from my window. Are they aloud to do this? Cops won't do anything. How can I make them do something?

If they are damaging your property the cops must do something. Keep calling till they do something about it. If not, report the local news channel, those people get things done.

Talk to them, find out why the problems,  try to peacefully solve them. If all fail, put up camera and record everything. Take them to court. Good luck.
