Definitely Cinnamon Girl - not only on its own merit (which is considerable), but also because in that one song you can hear the roots of Grunge music.

Cinnamon Girl, by far. I loved Harvest and After the Goldrush. Needle and the Damage Done, one of my favorite Neil Young songs, was one of the first songs I learned to play on guitar.
