  1. We don't have the death penalty here in Massachusetts...therefore, the harshest penalty given is life in prison...

  2. I agree with you Bert.

  3. I think because we extradited him back from England where they do not have the death penalty, and we had to agree to that non-death stipulation.  That guy is guilty as they day is long!

  4. That state does not have the death penalty.

Interestingly if it did have would the U.K. have extradited him.   So is that why he fled to his home?

Still when he is convicted, jail is not going to be a bed of roses for him.

  5. He SHOULD!!!

  6. Massachusetts doesn't have the death penalty.  Even if he didn't go back to England first it wouldn't make a difference.

  7. #1. Massachusettes doesn't have the death penalty.

#2. Even if they did have the death penalty, prosecutors would have to agree not to seek the death penalty in order to get spineless Britain to extradite him.

#3. Even if he'd never fled to Britain, every bullsh*t "human rights" group (Amnesty International, Liberty) would rally dumb @ss Brits together to protest his execution. Their lily livered, hippie government (Along with the rest of the EU)would no doubt ask for clemency.

Our government would at least have to listen to their pleas, (they are our closest allies) then the Feds would put pressure on Massachusettes to commute the sentence. It would turn into one giant, bullsh*t spectacle; all for a baby killer.

  8. Unofficially he will...by his cellmate, Bubba. Hopefully it's long, drawn out, and painful!

  9. Personally, I reckon he's not guilty !
