The Manchester United captain has made it clear that the Red Devils are up for winning the next league season and bringing back their league trophy to Old Trafford as they have learnt a lot from losing the title race to Manchester
City in the previous English Premier league campaign....

them to lose the league title.
 United finished second last season but they equalled the number of points that Manchester City gained throughout the league season. However the Red Devils lost their league crown as City had a superior goal difference to them,
which basically meant a win for them in the title race.
Sir Alex Ferguson’s men were in contention to win the league title until the very last day of the league season where they defeated Sunderland at stadium of light but Manchester City also turned around their fortunes as they came

that United’s squad is better and they are well prepared to give City a run for their money.
The Serbian centre back said, "It's hard to take when you lose the league in the last few minutes, but we don't think about that now.  We've had success in the past as well, but we forget about that too. We move forward. That's
something we've always been good at.”
He added, "We have two new players with us. We've improved a bit in the middle. Nick and Shinji have done well so far. We've had more experience than last year. We had some young players play a lot of games last season and they'll
have learned a lot. We all learned. “
