Neobux payment help?

when i tried to add payment to my paypal account,it says my paypal account can't be verified now.What does that mean?

I've never been paid through PayPal with NeoBux I've always used AlertPay. But I've had a similar problem with AlertPay the last time I tried to cash out. Either the payment processor (PayPal or AlertPay) is down or they don't have a strong connection. NeoBux will take the payment offline for a while until the problem is fixed. You should be able to cash out in about 12-24 hours though and have your money in your PayPal account. Check the forums while you wait to stay updated on the status.
