Neon Lights inside my car...?

Are neon lights legal in the state of Indiana.. I know blue neon isn't legal on the outside.. Also do you know what IS legal on the outside of your car in IN

You can look this up on the cities website. Generally, (GENERALLY) most outside lights are illegal. I know where I am you are not allowed to have pulsating red and blue lights, anywhere.
