Neon lights?

i want to put neon lights in my car I want to get two 8inch ones that pulse with the music and install into a car charger thing (i dont know what its called) and two 12 inches that do the same. Can someone give me a website with a cheap price?

and how badly will this drain my battery. The neons are going to be inside.

Neon lights cannot pulsate, they come on and 'glow'. You probably need LED's or normal 12v bulbs.

The 'car charger thing' is the cigarette lighter socket.
